Client Project & Payment Policy

How Orbexon runs an engagement — what you pay and when, who you deal with, and what you get at handover.

Orbexon LLC partners with businesses to turn ideas into reliable digital solutions — from web and mobile applications to AI-powered products. Our focus is delivering high-quality work through clear communication, structured process, and dependable project management. We keep clients informed at every stage and work closely with them so the final product meets their business goals.

1. Payment structure

  1. 40%Project startPayable before development begins.
  2. 20%Mid projectPayable at the agreed project milestone.
  3. 40%Final deliveryPayable before final project handover.

2. Dedicated project team

A dedicated team is assigned to manage and deliver the project against the agreed requirements, and stays available for project-related communication throughout development.

3. Project updates & meetings

We provide regular project updates. Review and demo meetings are arranged at key milestones so you can see progress and give feedback while it is still cheap to act on.

4. Scope & additional requirements

Requirements and deliverables are agreed before development begins. Anything outside that scope is discussed and quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

5. Quality assurance

Every feature and deliverable is reviewed and tested by our team before final delivery, against the agreed requirements and quality standards.

6. Final delivery

On project completion and receipt of the final payment, we hand over the agreed deliverables, files, and any access required to run and maintain the work.

7. Transparency & client trust

Significant changes, technical challenges, and potential delays are raised with you in advance — not reported after the fact.
