These terms govern your use of https://orbexon.com (the “Site”), operated by Orbexon LLC. By using the Site you agree to them. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Use of the Site

You may browse and share the Site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful material.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, code, copy, and the Orbexon marks are owned by Orbexon LLC or its licensors. Case studies and client work are shown with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here transfers any licence except the limited right to view the Site.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Pricing, timelines, and scope shared in conversation or in a proposal are estimates until captured in a signed statement of work.

Client work

Where we deliver services, the signed agreement will set out scope, milestones, fees, revision rounds, intellectual property transfer on final payment, confidentiality, and termination. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Third-party links

The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbexon LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Orbexon LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of MD, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted, with the date updated at the top.
