Overview
The Access 360 mobile application extends the platform's capabilities into the field, enabling users to conduct security assessments anytime, anywhere — even in environments with limited or no internet connectivity. Designed with an offline-first approach, the app ensures uninterrupted workflow by allowing users to download assessment templates, complete evaluations, and securely store responses locally until connectivity is restored.
Users can create and manage assessment templates directly from the mobile app, including defining categories and adding structured questions. During assessments, the app supports rich data capture, allowing users to fill in answers, record and attach videos, submit audio responses, and upload images as evidence. This makes it especially effective for on-site inspections, audits, and compliance checks where visual and audio documentation is critical.
The app automatically syncs all collected data with the central system once the device is back online, ensuring data consistency and real-time availability for reviewers and administrators. It also maintains data integrity and security during offline storage and transmission.
With an intuitive interface and optimized performance, the Access 360 mobile app empowers teams to perform comprehensive, media-rich security assessments on the go, improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall assessment quality.
